Changing iCal invites?

	So someone sends me a meeting invite from Outlook - I click on it, it opens iCal, and I click 'accept'. Then they call me up and say 'I sent the wrong time - can you move it up half an hour?' Sure, I say, let me just drag the appointment on iCal. Except I can't They have to go back and change it. Which sucks, because I also want to rename it. But I can't. Am I missing something?
