I recently bought some skullcandy Ti but i notice when i put them into my ipod the volume seems really low and i don't know why. I've maxed out the volume on the ipod and the headphones and i have tried putting the actually ipod settings on different EQ. It's not a major problem since i am considering buying an ipod touch, but i don;t want the same problem on that as well.

Funny thing is when i plug the head phones into my mac and play music from itunes it comes up really loud. Pic of the headphone below if you wanna see them

btw these are my first over ear headphones for a long time and i was wondering if there's a big difference between these and in ear headphones

Is the Sound Check option engaged? That has an annoying habit of subtracting more volume than necessary. That's found in Settings/Playback/Sound Check. (Or an older iPod just Settings/Sound Check.)
