FP iMac... how to protect the screen?

I have to put my lovely 17" iMac FP back in the box in a few days so I can ship it out to school. The original foam that covered the screen is MIA (suspect compulsive father)... I need your suggestions for something good to cover the LCD surface so it doesn't get scratched or nicked while shipping.

Bubble wrap is what I used to send a 15" LCD Studio Display to Germany, and this in a box with a Cube and nonstandard packing materials, and all went well.

ghetto fab shipping job?
get some terry cloth from a local auto store, and wrap it around, duck tape to secure...sould work w/o damaging a thing
