Hi,
ever since I got my iceBook with OS X preinstalled I was annoyed by one thing:
The mach and mac.sym files under OS 9. Even trying to place them at the bottom of the Window doesn' work, they are re-placed after closing and opening the window.

So now here is my question:
Will OS X still work fine, if I make those two files invisible via ResEdit?
Experience anyone?

thx

I tried making them invisable using Greg's Browser. X worked fine but the next time I booted into 9 they weren't invisable anymore. Maybe you can make an Applescript to make those files invisable at startup? If you try that let me know.
