Did anyone manage to import his Entourage's address book into AddressBook.app ?
I tried an export as TAB text but the import didn't work.
performed a search on the forums, but didn't find anything ....
Any clue ?

I'm still searching myself. I can't even type in an address manually. Nothing shows up as saved. There's a Discussion at Apple Support where some folks have had success, but it appears on a case by case basis.

Apple did all the work for you, there is an AppleScript you can download and it will import all your Entourage contacts into the Addressbook.app:

There used to be several links on the Apple Mac OS X page, on the Mac OS X Downloads page and several other places, I'm not sure why Apple took all the links away!
It worked great for me, it even imports all your mail and folders.

This damn script screwed my Entourage ! I cant' access the 'inbox' anymore ...
and I just want the addressbook, not all my previous emails.

Hi,
in some other forum I found the following instructions to import from Entourage to Addressbook:
1) Export from Entourage to Outlook
2) Import into Outlook
3) Export from Outlook (TAB)
4) Import into Addressbook
As weird as it sounds, that seemed to have helped some people (I haven't tried it yet, since I am to lazy to reinstall Outlook)
