Reinstalled 10.4.8 combo--need newer updates?

	To try fixing an IP address issue with my mid-2005 iBook G4, I manually downloaded and re-installed the 10.4.8 combo updater. Since I've done this, Software Updates tells me my iBook is up to date. Do I need to delete any of those receipt files so that needed updates are detected now that I've effective "rolled back" any updates that came out after 10.4.8? I don't see any post-10.4.8 updates listed on the OS X support site, but I can't remember if there have been any since 10.4.8's release.
