Hi.
Is there a way to "insert" links in the native OSX mail application? I used to be able to do this in netscape but cant find a similar feature in mail.app?!
Thanks

Ok, thanks!
Does anyone know if this application has been "revamped" in Panther?

Links? Well you basically just write something like
http://fakeserver.com and it will *probably* get highlighted when the person receives it.
Otherwise, you'd have to go with HTML emails, but they suck.

Thanks, writing down the URL works fine. Maybe well get more features in the future. The application rocks as is but theres a couple of additional things i would like to see to make it all perfect

The functionality I assume you are referring to ie. named hyper-links requires HTML e-mails, something that Mail does not support creation of at this stage (unless you do it by hand).

I never heard of TinyURL until now. That's a really great idea! Thanks for posting it.
