How are you guys changing your Macintosh HD icons? Since upgrading to Leopard, I can't change mine using the old Get Info cut-n-paste method. Did Leopard change the process? Thanks.

Just set all your permissions of your hard drive to read and write. Then you should be able to.

Xmas again.. amazingly my first Leopard shot even though i had from day 1!! I found the wall i made from last year and thought it was cool!

It's hardly a hack. It's a style Apple built in, but the only way to use it is through a terminal command. It's not a mod or anything.
