This is a little app for Mac OS X

How does it work? Click it and it will put your Mac to sleep immediately - the same way as the command Sleep does.

I don't turn off my Mac at all - I put it to sleep everytime I'm out and I find this little app very useful - I hope you will like it too

Many thanks to Gregory from MyApple for the code - thanks again bro!

Zip contains app and iContainer with icons

Enjoy!

Tested on more then 60 Macs already - works perfectly

I assume it's just more convenient than the menu item.

Ok, so how would that be faster than pressing Ctrl+Eject followed by S ?

All you have to do is to click on the icon in the dock That doesn't require using both hands, right?

It's just one line of code - for me it's very useful - if it's not for you - you can always stay with you shortcut

…but image says "the easiest way to put your Mac to sleep in one click", not the fastest, so if this suits him well and he wants to share it, why complaint?

Not good enough...wake me up when someone makes a utility that puts a Mac to sleep when I simply *think* about it.

I close the lid of my ProBook to put it to sleep, but that's just me …
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
