For the past few days, my charger has been charging my laptop even when it's 95%. It used to be that the indicator would turn green if the battery is 95%+. Now if it's 98% it'd charge to 100%. I know this is bad for the battery...what can I do about it? (except intentionally drain the battery to low points before recharging)

the point is, I want to use my battery as least often as possible because I want to save the battery life for when I am outdoors.

my tibook doesn't go green until it reaches 100 percent. at anything less than that, it gives me orange. maybe yours has been different and now has seen the light (pun intended).

I have a Rev. B TiBook, and i think it's common knowledge that the battery shouldn't charge if it's over 95%
