I don't know what your problem is- it took me a while to figure out there was 1.1.4 update- but once I did it started working.
There is a guy named George Grey at Psion USA that seems more Mac friendly- his e-mail is:[email protected]
he was very helpful.
I have a Revo- had a 5 - the new software and cradle with the Revo seem to work fine.

Well- now I did it- upgraded to System 9.0.4 and now MacConnect bombs the system. I have written Psion- no response of yet.
Will try working through the extensions to see if I can find a conflict.

It also took me a while. Now I am using MacConnect version 1.2. Also make sure that the Remote link on the psion is set to Cable.
If all else fails use terminal emulation and send files using the Comms application on the psion and a terminal emulator such as Microphone LT or Claris Works 5 but make sure the remote link in Psion in turned OFF
