I've used iGoogle as my home page forever (Safari) and used the 3 column set up. All of a sudden, I wake up yesterday and all my data is in one column down the far left side of the page. There is NOTHING I can do to change it...preferences, shut down, forcing gadgets to move columns...everything ends up on the far left column and runs down about three pages long.
Any ideas what I can try?

I had a similar problem before I did my last format of my MBP. I had to do a Reset Safari to make the columns on iGoogle appear correctly (Safari Menu -> Reset Safari).
It shouldn't happen as its just CSS managing the layout of iGoogle, but sometimes problems come up. I have this problem frequently on FireFox 3beta, and on Safari 3 beta (on my iBook) as well.

I appreciate the suggestion, but resetting Safari unfortunately did not get the job done...everything still in the far left hand column.
Anybody else have an idea?

Have you checked out Preferences on the top right of the iGoogle page? It now gives the option of single, double, and triple column layouts. You may be able to select your preferred layout there.
Hope this helps!
