Ok so I'm a progressive tech. I like to give my customers the best of everything. Up until now when I've switched customers from Windows to Mac it's always been a bit of a trial. I had a few word docs that are now gone that explained things about switching. They're lost for good on a drive that I cannot find anywhere in my home. I moved, lots of boxes, nuff' said.

So what I would like is your guys' input here. I have a customer that I am actually dreading switching over. I'm due to deliver her MBP to her this week, and I'd like to have a list of websites that I can put into her Safari bar called 101's. I need a list of sites for the beginning switcher that can help her with all things.... literally ALL things Mac. What I would like from you guys is what websites are good for newbie beginners to the Mac world. Anything you think should be in the list please post here. I'll be refering her to this site of course, but I would like a list of other sites that are made for the mac beginner. I've seen a few, but the don't seem to be well written and clear.

Thanks for the info.
Bishop
Backups are like guns and condoms. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Not a web site, but David Pogue's "Switching to Mac" Missing Manual is fantastic.

Apple's own switching pages including video tutorials are also quite good.
