Hi guys,
I'm using the business invoice template from Numbers, and I'd like to know how to add a row into the area where you can list items sold. I tried insert row but the formatting didn't keep. I know I'm doing something wrong, just not sure what it is. The scenario is that the list they give you is like 10 open rows to enter items, price, quantity,etc... I need more than that, and I need to keep the formatting the same.

What to do?
Backups are like guns and condoms. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Sage,
thanks for the link. Grrrr... only problem is it's not keeping the formatting and when I drag it down to add rows the calculations all of a sudden are off.
