How do you change the picture that gets associated with a person on the corkboard in the faces section? I have 20 pictures of a friend of mine, but it shows me the worst picture

double click the face and view all photos with that person it it...find the one you want, then select "Make Key Photo" from the Events menu

Or, scrub over the image stack until it shows you the image you'd like to see, and hit the space bar (works the same way with all other events).

Or, in the event right-click (or control-click) on the image and select "Make this image the Key Photo for this Event" or whatever it's called in English.
