Kewl. I'd almost consider drinking that. Still I don't like dry cider.

The logo looks like a duplicate to me, the only difference is the color. Unlike the vast difference with the Apple Corporation logo.

Actually, it doesn't look like their logo as much as it looks like... an apple.
On a cider bottle. One that matches Apple's logo... used without license, maybe?
Whatever. Is this the best controversy on a Sunday night?

You can still submit feedback to Apple on their web site.

well actually someone needs to forward it the request to Apple Records (The Beatle's Record Company).
Since they think they own the word Apple....not Apple Computer.
I don't think generic names OR generic logos should be trademarked in any regard.
wow..my 999th post!

Here is what I wrote to Apple:
Dear Apple,
It has come to my attention that for more than two decades you have been unwittingly violating trademark infringement against Beers of Europe, namely the firm's Blands Scrumptious Dry Cider concoction.
I suggest that you cease and desist ASAP...before they actually sober up long enough to bring a lawsuit against you. Or something.
And where the hell is the tablet Mac? Or the 1-lb. Powerbook?
Thanks,
ASIMO
