I've been using Mail etc... because of their excellent system integration, but now I have to use Exchange, so I'm going to need to start with Entourage again.

It's been a few years, so I have a few questions:

Best way to import data from Mail / iCal / Adress book?

Does spotlight pull out my contacts from Entourage?

Does spotlight index my mails as effectively as Mail?

Any other problems I should be thinking of?

I can't be sure, but unless something's changed the answer to your questions about spotlight would be a big "no." As far as I know Outlook and Entourage keep all their data in a few huge metafiles which, once corrupted, mean you lose everything. That's exactly why I am now a Mail user, as a matter of fact.

I have to use Exchange at work, too, but that's on PC's exclusively. From home I can only access my mail from the web, which Safari does pain-free.

Apple Mail supports Exchange, have you tried that first?

It's mostly the super poor iCal + Address Book support which bothers me.
