Well I'm leaving in an hour and a half or so to pick up Rock Band 2. Anyone else planning on getting it? My ION drums should ship on Tuesday from Amazon, so by next weekend I should have a pretty kick ass setup.

All glory to the hypnotoad.

Question for you RB2 experts (which I expect you won't be able to answer). If I unlock songs playing multi at a friend's house, will those songs be unlocked on my system when I get home?

Nope. You have to do it on your system.

How is your game supposed to know what you do at other consoles?

Let's just say I haven't fully grasped what gamertags can and can't do.

I can't imagine it's difficult to to know songs a, b, and d have been unlocked.

Couldn't you store your Mii in your Wii remote and then take your progress with you when you go home?

I guess he means compared to Rock Band 1 on the Wii. But yeah, even 2 (and GH:WT) pales in comparison to the PS3/360 versions.

Yea, thats what I mean. I want graphics playing in the background, rather than a video, so I can customize my character. And I want the online store...
