StepPolyArp, a MIDI arpeggiator app for iPad, has received an update, bringing the
latest version to 2.3. Allowing users to control MIDI instruments, a variety of sequencers and other virtual instruments, StepPolyArp can automatically generate melodic patterns from notes or chords played in real time. The update features 64-bit support, as well as the addition of start/stop following mode from its external sequencer. Available for iPads running iOS 5.1.1 or later, StepPolyArp is priced at $12.
Enolsoft's PDF Converter with OCR adds conversion for Pages and Keynote
Software developer Enolsoft has released an
update for its flagship program, PDF Converter with OCR for Mac. Now a 15-in-1 PDF converting program, Mac users can now convert PDF and images to Pages and Keynote. Version 3.2.0 offers the ability to redact PDF in Keynote by turning PDFs to .key files, and Chinese (simplified) is now a supported language for PDF conversion. Smaller improvements are also a part of the update, with new "Undo" and "Redo" operations, and changes to the overall program interface. Optimized for use with OS X 10.7 or later, Enolsoft PDF Converter with OCR for Mac is priced at $80.
