Folks,
(Sort of a cross-post from Buy-Sell, but not really.)

I have a PowerComputing 132 desktop missing its hard drive mounting bracket. Anyone have an old machine lying around to part out?

I want to sell my clone, but without the bracket, most buyers would be suspicious. It's G3-375-enabled, 177mb RAM, 4MB video RAM and a sweet machine otherwise.

Thanks.

Look for mounting brackets on ebay. I'm sure someone handles them. They are not rare. Good Luck

The hard drive mounting hardware for the PowerComputing series isn't as readily available as the hard drive sleds for Apple computers. It's a set of unique L-shaped brackets. I've been looking on eBay for years.

The hunt continues...

Well I have a PCPro 210 desktop and used U shaped or channel shaped brackets for it and they are quite common. The bracket for the left side of my PTPro tower I have not been able to find. Randymc

I haven't decided yet. I'll probably put it up on eBay when I get it fixed up and ready. The thing runs like a champ but I think I can finally find some room in my budget for a newer Mac. When I do put it up on eBay I'll post a message in the Buy/Sell forum.
