I have this external 17in LCD that has gone funky on me.

I bought a new Macbook Pro several weeks ago, and hooked it up to my LCD as I had with my 12in Powerbook. Now all was going well until everything started gradually going wavy. Seems the Phase settings were out of wack. But only at a resolution of 1280 x 1024. If I set my resolution to 1024-768, the waviness never happens.

No matter what settings I change in the LCDs setup, the same result always happens. It eventually goes wavy. When wavy I can't change the settings so that it goes unwavy. It just stays that way as long as its at the higher resolution.

Weirdly, if I turn it off for a long period of time, and turn it back on again, things will be fine. For a time. Then it eventually goes bad.

Anyways, I hope that makes sense to everyone. Running a 17in LCD at 1024 x 768 is not very fun. Thanks for any advice or help you may throw my way.
