Is there anyway to not have my ichat disconnect when my computer goes to sleep?

No. The network interface is disabled during sleep so it is impossible to maintain connections while sleeping.

And if you have broadband, it automatically reconnects upon awakening.

I seem to be having a problem with iChat AV where if I'm online on iChat, my MDD won't fall into deep sleep. Anybody else seeing this?
