The Built camera in the MacBook/MacBook Pro reverse the image (They do this so when you see yourself using iCat Video, you'll sync with your movements)

The camera doesn't do that. iChat does in the preview you see (but not what it sends) and Photo Booth does it. Photo Booth has a command to flip the image back in the Edit menu.

Find a Rev A model MacBook Pro (the ones with the "too much thermal paste" problem), run Quake 4 in clamshell mode for a while, and then rest your arm on your MBP's Apple symbol for a few minutes.
