Not for me and mine. 4 more years of low taxes, 4 more years of our company not being screwed with taxes, 4 more years of moving up, 4 more years NO national health care, 4 more years of making people work for what they earn, etc.
I love being a Republican.

If they do what they have been doing the past year, they will just keep looking sad and pathetic.
The Daily Show used to be really funny and non-partisan for the most part.
The past year John has been coming off as a petty desperate leftist shill.

I'll agree with you there

Kerry -- I was disappointed that he waited so long to thank his family, and when he got to that point, he thanked Little Eddie before his wife and kids. Maybe I'm just too much of a family man, but that rubbed me the wrong way. Having said that, his speech was ok and respectable -- but a little too long.
Little Eddie -- cripes, he's still running for office I guess. What can you say about him other than "Please quit taking Mr Fetus Channeler!"
Cheney -- great speech. Short, sweet, to the point, and taking NONE of the spotlight.
Bush -- great. Thanks his family first, and pointed that out, and reminded us why so many of us voted for him.

Referring to Bush's campaign strategy. Pay attention.

Of course, Cheney isn't a politician, he's a business man, and he wants to get back to the money making business of invading countries. One American soldier goes for about $1 million in defense contracts I hear...
Reminded us why? Because Republicans have a strangle hold on the U.S.?
Because most of his campaign was about how great he did during 9/11 (fear, fear, fear and the people will vote your way.) Or, how about how he created so many new jobs that nobody seems to have? (Maybe he shipped them overseas...)
Bush thanking his family? "Thanks daddy for getting me this desk job, wars are scary and I don't want to fight in them." Kinda like now, he invades, or rather, the troops do
and he sits back, reads a news paper...maybe watches a ball game or something.
I can't wait until the elections in Iraq when this whole thing blows up in his face.

I know what you were trying to refer to.
I was making my own statement.

Sad to be so politically zealous that you wish harm on people's lives just to satisfy some petty hatred.
If Kerry won, I would STILL hope Iraq turned out fine under his watch. I wouldn't hope for a catastrophe.
Sickening....
