iTunes. it's only when i'm importing songs into my computer....that it gives up after importing 2 songs. why is this? I've had my hard drive replaced by apple about 7 months ago. everything else seems to be working allright....except when trying to get my mp3's in!

Okay. There is no blue screen of death on the Mac. In worse case scenario, you may be experiencing a kernel panic (which is quite rare, in my experience), but that's not the same thing. Now give us more details. You are on a Mac, right?...

why would a windows user get his hard drive replaced be apple?
