Does iTunes 4.7.1 sound like crap on Revolution 7.1?
Or is it just me? Same with quicktime now.
It sounds like someone turned on the bass boosterx2 and made it mono...
If I use VLC it playes just like normal.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Ok, now I am confused. If I have VLC open, iTunes plays the audio fine.
If I Close VLC iTunes will go back to crap mode instantly...
Anyone experienced this?

Hmm, Quit VLC and it crashed while quitting, and now my audio is back to normal in iTunes and Quicktime...
Sorry for the useless thread...

FWIW, VLC 0.8.1 does NOT work properly with my audio interface (unable to select a stereo pair, only one channel at a time). Methinks a little more work is needed.

Yeah, sadly they need a CoreAudio programmer to fix the stuff with soundcards like the Revolution
