I sent a message with Apple's Mail app that had a very large attachment. I am using POP with my ISP.
Is there anyway to cancel this message? It's big and I found no way to stop it other then a force quit. But upon restarting the app. it continues to upload the file.
Any help appreciated!

In the Window menu, there's a "show progress" item. Choose that, then click the red stop sign icon in the resulting window next to the sending process. Then make sure you delete the email from your outgoing mailbox.

man, I wish I had known that awhile ago. That happened to me about a month ago and I had to delete the app then reinstall it.
But your way seems a little easier!
