I am looking to become Apple certified at all possible levels. Can anybody point me to a set of manuals and where to purchase them that will help me achieve this goal.

Peachpit Press books, I think the series is called something obvious like "Apple Pro Training Series". Should be easy enough to find at your bookseller of choice. I believe the OS Certification was written by Owen Linzmayer. I don't know if they have 'em for the sysadmin-level stuff..

For ACSA level you get the books in the class. Over time they will be transitioning the textbook to the Mac OS X System Administration Reference book. So far only the security class uses it as the text but the Directory Services class will soon. I'm not sure about Xsan or Deployment.

I've asked Apple -- the books used in the classes are not available elsewhere. The aforementioned Pro Training Series books are good, though, for the topics available.
(I'm in the same predicament as you.)

I've been randomly studying for one myself, mainly the desktop and powerbook one plus on OS 10. You can get the $299 Apple Care Training that is supossed to prepair you for the tests. After that you schedule a test at a Prometric testing center. This is what I've been told, I haven't taken a test but you can see the tests on the Prometric website.
