I have one question, does safari have that option to warn me when I am about to close multiple tabs?
And if yes, where can I enable it from?

There is a Safari add-on that can do it, I think. Saft perhaps.

I was wondering the same thing, because firefox warns you and it is nice because I don't know how many time I have quit by accidentally and closed all the tabs...
