Wow! What a coincedence both you and the eBay seller are from Miami, Florida. You should stop advertising it and email the guy to see if he allows local pick up so you can buy it yourself.

Eh, there's no problem with this thread. It's just different then how most people would advertise their auction.

Why do you want $40 for shipping?

That 'technology theme' around the description makes me want to dive on that PowerBook even more!

did you notice it is also "Loaded with the be Best Apps for Mac"?

I sure hope it comes with the proper CDs and licensing because otherwise that would be piracy.

Hmm, that's odd, I clicked on the link, but I didn't see anything even remotely close to a 'good deal'.

Your starting price is also absurd and is probably the reason why no one has bid on it (know your eBay audience). Also, the 'buy it now price' is only $100 below the current REV B model running at 1.33GHz and is rumored to have a better quality display, a better graphics card, larger HD, faster RAM and of course, is brand spanking new.

You can't try and sell software as a premium (since it's most likely pre-loaded only and is very easily accessible via LimeWire and the like). The included software should act as value-added for a sweeter deal, but not at that price.

I don't mean to criticize as I am also selling a PowerBook, but at least my pricing is realistic and I am not looking to rip anyone off. I am even shipping it free and throwing in two RadTech accessories at no charge. It's brand new, a current model and is hundreds less than Apple's price.

People often sell things (whether it be their cars, homes or computers) for a price they 'they think' the items are worth, not what they are actually worth. But, there is a sucker born every minute, so you never know!

If you didn't start this thread, then you have no business commenting on the price.

Read the guidelines before you post in a thread.

Get 'em Steve. What you need is a cyber yardstick to crack some knuckles because I don't think the constant rebukes are working.

Yeah, I'd like to crack a few people with that stick as well. QUITE a few, in fact.
