Does anyone mind taking a peak at an index page of a site of mine? On the right side of the screen is a little floater box with text. The text inside the box acts funny- if the screen size is optimal, all the text looks normal, but if you change the window size, the text may have big spaces between words in order to maintain the overall structure.

I admit: I am a bit of a novice and used a template to make this page, so please excuse if there is sloppy code.

Thanks

Text is supposed to do that when the alignment is set to justify. Set that box's text-align to left, and it'll stop.

What he said. When justify is used proper it can produce nice and readable, as well as aesthetic text blocks. On the web, most web-browsers just fsck it up. Just say no

You might also want to set that box to a fixed width, rather than a percentage of the window width. Just the center column needs to resize.

I just took a quick look at your site and noticed, no offense intended, that the grammar and overall structure of the main body of text is really quite weak. It may very well be an early draft version, I understand, but just thought I should point it out as something to look at down the line.

Cheers.

While it is "live" it is a rough draft. Feel free to make suggestions.
