MacBook Pro (Late 2008), 2.4Ghz, 2GRam, 250GB HD, running solely on NVIDIA GeForce 9600 M GT,
System uptime: 13h 22m
Processes: 54
Running Programs: FireFox and Adium

Temps:
HD: 92F
CPU A: 142F
Enclosure Base: 92F
Enclosure Base2: 92F
Enclosure Base 3: 86F
GPU: 133F
GPU Diode: 149F
GPU Heatsink: 117F

Fans:
Left: 1998RPM
Right: 1997RPM

My rev A black macbook would get pretty damn warm but the even worse part is the fans would kick up a lot and was rather loud.

The new MBP gets hot sometimes as well but only in a certain area, the fans are very very quite and the heat doesn't get noticeable 90% of the time.

Here's mine (I have the 9600m engaged) - I have a 2.53GHz
Temps:
HD: 74F
CPU A: 140F
Enclosure Base: 77F
Enclosure Base2: 77F
Enclosure Base 3: 77F
GPU: 126F
GPU Diode: 143F
GPU Heatsink: 115F

Fans - both typically spin around 2,000

Numbers are similar to my Early 2008.

My current MBP run a tad hotter then my old 2007 MBP. However when I switch to the 9400M GPU the temps drop down to numbers that are close my old machine.

Of course the new one is a tad faster - 2.53GHz vs. 2.4GHz

These numbers are all relative. They will change depending on how long it has been running, the temperature of the room, what apps you are running etc.
