Normally Aperture stores all your photos in the "Aperture Library" icon found in the "PIcture" folder of any user. But my other computer has an "Aperture.Library" and folders/projects found inside Aperture app.

Example

In one Mac I find inside "Macintosh HD>Users>barackobama>Pictures" the following

iPhoto Library
Aperture Library
Photo Booth
iChat Icons

But on the other Mac I find inside "Macintosh HD>Users>johnmccain>Pictures"

iPhoto Library
Aperture Library
Photo Booth
iChat Icons
Baseball
Project 1
Polo Game
Golf
Gardening
Flowers

The second batch of folders in BOLD inside the Picture folder on the other Mac are also found inside the Aperture Library.

My question is how do I stop having duplicates made in the "Picture" folder and store everything inside "Aperture Library"
