Sent mail not recorded in "Sent mail"

	I've got everything set up correctly (POP email account), but no go. Also I want to read a message I've sent, in my inbox (I CC myself because sent mail doesn't get recorded) but when I click on the email, instead of the body text there is a message saying the email wasn't downloaded, in the email body??? Is this a server side issue or something I can sort out in mail itself? Any helps greatly appreciated. This is under mail in 10.3.4
