Hi,
I hope I am posting this in the correct area - if not, I apologise!
I wonder if anyone can help.
I have an iBook 14' running Panther 10.3.3 and yesterday I received an email which I needed to print out. I highlighted the message, and in the usual way I went to File then Print and the message text was printed out upsidedown and back to front! The text appears the right way around in the original email.
The From, Subject and Date info was printed the right way around ...!
I went back to the Print dialogue box and clicked on Preview - and sure enough the actual message appeared upsidedown and back to front! The From, Subject and Date info appeared OK!
I then saved the message to the desk top, opened it in TextEdit, clicked on Print and hey-presto - everything printed out OK!
I checked all my other messages (via the Print Preview) and they were all OK!
The printer I am using is an Epson Stylus Photo R200.
I know there is a first time for everything in life - but I have never experienced this sort of thing before ....!
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance ....

This is a known bug. I think all you have to do is quit Mail and relaunch it.

Thanks Chris, I'll try that.
On the other hand, do you think upgrading the iBook to 10.3.4 wil solve that particular bug?
I run 10.3.4 on my 15" Powerbook and I have not experienced the problem - I hasten to add that the iBook really belongs to my wife!!
John.

FYI, this is not the right forum for this thread, since it has nothing to do with your iBook.

Thanks for the 'slap' on the wrist wataru, although if you had taken the trouble to read my original post, you would have seen that I did apologise in advance if I was in the wrong forum ...!
Thank you for your advice by the way.

The apology only indicates that you knew you'd made no effort to see if it was the right place or not.
