I remember there being a thing in the iTools TOS that gave Apple the right to do whatever they wanted with things that you U/L to there server. Is this still true? I want to upload some video clips I made and don't want Apple to have the copyright, thanks.

You'll have to look back at past articles from MacNN or Applelinks for the specifics, but they did change it somewhat.

Currently only things uploaded to your public property become the property of apple
