Hello guys,

I am trying to factory reset my iPhone from my computer because it is not working at all, it is an iPhone X. It completely froze and it does not seem to be alive, but iTunes is detecting it.

I am following this guide: https://comoformatear.net/iphone/ (It is in spanish, but maybe you can translate it with google).

Once I click on restore defaults in iTunes, my whole computer just freezes and restarts.

Do you think that this has to something to do with some kind of malware?

How would you fix this?

Thanks a lot for your help, regards.
