Anyone know if you can use the remote with powerpoint?

Nah you can't use the remote with poerpoint. However it works fine with keynote which is ten times better than powerpoint. Also if you have already made the presentation in powerpoint you will be able to open it in keynote and use the remote! hope that helps.

Wow, I hadn't even thought of using it for presentations! that's a good idea!! just when I thought I wouldn't use the Apple remote for much.....
