FWIW, that projector isn't HD. HD has a much higher resolution than 800x600.

Isn't that just the resolution that it will display off of a computer input?

The specs straight from Infocus say that it will display 1080i.

1080i = 1920x1080. The max resolution of that projector is 800x600. Maybe it has the ability to scale down 1080i to its res, but that doesn't make it HD. Typically, HD projectors are over $3,000.
