Auto connect and disconnect to servers

	In Windows, when I connect to a network file server, I'm given an option to automatically connect on login. The nice thing that windows does is that when I change networks, it automatically disconnects the server for me. And when I go back on my original network, it automatically reconnects. Can I do the same thing under Mac OS X?
