I have a friend who wants to buy my 1Ghz TiBook, and while I'm not actually itching to upgrade, I will if it'll get a Mac in his hands and preserve the value of my sale.

So, what do you think this should go for:

1Ghz Titanium in great condition--used, but no cosmetic damage or scratches.

Naturally it has the Superdrive, 60 gig Toshiba drive, etc.

1 gig of RAM.

2 extra batteries, 1 bought within the last 6 months, great capacity. The other is a year old, not as great but still a couple of hours.

Everything else from the box.

So--what would you sell this for, at a fair price?

The highest you would get would likely be around $1800.

That is what it appeared from eBay. Would people say that was the going rate?

Well a refurb from Apple with half your RAM and no extra battery is $2000. I would venture you could get close to that when you include the upgrade and the extra battery. If you can get that DEFINITELY upgrade to the AlBook. It is incredible...
It's just an ordinary day and it's all your
state of mind, at the end of the day, you
just gotta say it's alright!
