I want to get Aliens Original Theatrical release. AFAIK all the DVD versions out so far are the extended version, which blows - the extra 17mins takes away from the pace of the original.

CSI, season 5.
CSI airs about a season later than the US (episode 1 of season 5 just aired last week), so I'll get it to complete the set. Enjoy watching the DVDs as well and avoid any commercial breaks.
Gee, if I go back stateside, I'll be a tivo junkie and dvd-buying whore since there are so many shows and some movies I've missed while working abroad.

The new Battlestar Galactica, season one. No idea when it will be out on DVD. I don't get the SciFi channel but thoroughly enjoyed the first episode they released online.

Would have enjoyed it more in H.264 :-)
