howdy all, hope this is the right spot, i've seen some people ask for fonts here... i am looking for some fonts to make my wedding invitations... i found some on myfonts.com but i cant see spendin 15+ dollars when i'm not going to even use them more than once sorry.... if anybody can help that would be really nice of you.... the two fonts i am looking for are Liana, and Velvet Script... any ideas and that would be really great of you all!

Congratulations on your engagement!

I've always found FontFreak to be a good source of Freeware fonts. I couldn't see the two you mentioned there, but there may be some very similar ones. There are hundreds and hundreds of fonts - make sure you check every page of each letter; I only realised recently that some letters like M have 3 or 4 pages to look through. It isn't very obvious.

::Edit:: BTW, on FontFreak, click on PC Fonts from the menu on the left. All the PC Fonts are Truetype, which is perfect for OSX. The Mac Fonts category is only OS9 compatible fonts or something, and is a much smaller selection. I assume you are using OSX.

If you really need specifically Liana or VelvetScript, you could try downloading them p2p, but I didn't say that.

Free Mac Fonts Has a lot of fonts to choose from however, as far as I can tell it's never updated

you guys are all life savers, no i dont think i have to have that font.. infact i allready printed half of the invites today with Zaphino III that is in the Mac OS X install... Thanks again... i'll be sure to go check out those sites soon!
