Smaller. The 30 Gig 5G one looks half as small as my 2G 10 GIG, and the 60 Gig is still smaller than the 1 G.

I recall that the 60 GB 5G iPod is 10 % smaller than the original iPod. I think the number regards the volume.

The iPod video is exactly the same width as the original 5GB iPod, one mm taller, and pretty much exactly the thickness of the metal back shell of the original 5GB iPod MINUS the white/transparent front layer, or 14 mm vs. the original iPod's 21 mm thickness.

No - it's 15% smaller than the 20GB iPod of the last generation.
