I'm basically looking for a mobile phone which has nothing but a small form factor as 2nd phone to accompany my iPhone. I understand that I won't get a phone which can just make calls, but the stress is on small. I am not really into mobile phones, so I'd be glad to get some recommendations in which direction to look. I already have an V3 over which I still punish myself for buying it and a K800i which is way too fat.

I saw some very sweet and flat Samsungs (I guess), but have no real clue which they were.

Any hints?

Do you have any cell network you're interested in particularly? That will help narrow down the choices. Also, what do you want to do specifically with the second phone, other than the physical attribute you desire?

This could be one of the small Samsungs you saw - the SGH-310 "calculator" phone. Its credit card sized and 8.5mm thick, so not a lot bigger than an iPod nano.

It'll be much easier if you just comply.
