Channel Islands is ringing a bell for me. I believe I read something about one of the smaller islands is joined to the larger ones only by an old stone footbridge, which looked very similar to that one. Google is, of course, utterly useless.

Nice.

I'm sweating buckets here. Our tight-fisted boss hasn't paid for the air-con to be fixed so us worker bees are suffering.

Respect, Doofy! How did you figure that out?

It looks like a really nice location. On my next trip to Spain I will certainly stop by there.

Bloke with accordion.
Can't be Irish, since he's not fighting and doesn't appear to be drunk.
Can't be French, since he's not wearing a stripy top with onions.
"Hmmm. Who else does accordions? The Basques?"
'Basque bridges' into crapgle image search and there you go, third image.

Also, "ETB" is the Basque public broadcast TV channel.
