I have the theme from before it was banned, but I just found some lookalike themes when I was doing some surfing. It is at http://www.secretaboutbox.com/downlo...mes/index.html if you want to download the themes to use yourself. It also has other Mac OS banned themes such as OS 7 & Dark Platinum. I hope this is useful for those of you that liek to use different themes.

really cool....but 2 errors in the instructions....you have to take the theme itself out of the enclosed folder and place it in the themes folder, and you have to use the Appearance tab in the CP to select the new theme, and you dont have to use the included desktop picture if you dont want to.

At least with 9.0.4 and 9.1 anyway.........
You can have me mac when u pry me cold, dead fingas off da mothabowd

im a theme freeaak
i have every single theme i could ever find think its up to 85 or something now
but anyways you never needed the desktop pic
and you stick them in the themes folder choose them with the appearance control panel
the only problem with them is if they modify the folders sometimes it causes instablility with mac os 8.5-8.6
but with 9+ its been fine
i just wish i could use the themes on my lc475 but i can only use kaliedescope
w3rd..

Those versions of Liquid weren't the last - Liquid 1.8 had a few fixes before it was pulled. However Liquid always had an instability for me that caused Finder to crash unexpectedly.

More recently I downloaded the iWindows theme via ResExcellence - this one is stable and borrows from Aqua too.

Cheers, Bondi

Go to www.railheaddesign.com today for the updated Auqa X III Scheme. It's gonna be 10000000 times better than those themes!!!!!

Kaleidoscope schemes are better than themes

kalidiescope isnt better i dont think, i dont trust it as much as themes
but my other friends love it, but i find incompatibilties with some apps, nothing serious, like adock slows down stuff like that
but kalideiscope has many more schemes, so i use it everyonce and awhile cause it has a crayon OS scheme that is da bomb
but i still havent has a problem with themes, any of the 85 that i got, and i lovem, well most of them
w3rd..
