I am wondering if there is a list or some sort of directory of iDisk users' who have files in their Public folder and wish to share them with others?

I saw one guy started an iDisk directory but when I tried it I was told "Access Forbidden." Super idea, though!

Bob, for some reason his ISP had limmited him or something lie that. However, as of today (May 1st) the site is back up.
