Before you flame, I've read the FAQs at Apple, searched this forum and read the posts all to no avail.
My machine:
Rev B iMac, 2GB free on HD, 128MB RAM, OS 9.0.4, Netscape 4.7.4, Free PPP 2.6, Earthlink ISP, AppleShare loaded and active, Internet Control Panel configured with Netscape as my default browser.
I can download the iTools installer but when I run it all that seems to happen is the installation of the iTools plug in in the Netscape Plug Ins folder and I'm brought to the iTools splash page with no 'Continue' button visible (as I've read I'm supposed to see). I've restarted Netscape after plug in installation as well as rebooted the hardware, neither changed the behavior.
Whatsup? Does Apple require that I establish an account with them prior to loading iTools. My machine and the software is registered with them.
Any suggestions out there?

it could be a problem with your browser's cookies. enable cookies in your preferences or, if you already have the itools cookie enabled, delete the cookie and accept it again.

Sorry, I've got 'accept all cookies' ON, Javascript and Java enabled in Netscape. I've also deleted and accepted the iTools cookie twice and still no luck.

This may not help too much but when I have a problem caused by one browser I use another. My suggestion is to download Internet Explorer. If you don't want to Download it the most current version of IE is available in the current issue of Mac Addict (excelent magazine). And maybe you can get it to open right in there.... Also here is something that may not work too but it is a long shot is clear your cache so you can get a fresh new copy of the page. Sorry I can't be more helpful but I know having two browsers on my computer has always been helpful in trouble shooting interent problems.

Make sure you have AppleShare enabled! You will keep getting bumped to the install page if you don't.
