when I dial in to my internetprovider and the line is busy my Imac will dial again the same number but after a few turns this stops and I have to manually start the dialproces again. what can be wrong with my Imac or my setting

open your Remote Access control panel

click the 'Options' button

click the 'Redialing' tab

set it to however many retries
